Dreaming up the future

You want to know what I love about holidays the most? It is the time I get to spend with Ray talking about our future, dreaming up our next steps and plans. It is so refreshing and energizing to throw your life up in the air and see where the pieces fit when they land.

Talking to an old friend the other day, without thinking I just said "You know, you cant live your life the way you are because that's just the way it is, look at it as an outsider and wonder if that is how you dreamed it would be, if you wish to be somewhere else or doing another career, then you have to chase it" - well they can't be my exact words but close enough. The good news is, this friend of mine did exactly that a couple of years ago and I couldn't be happier for her.

What I love about life with Ray is nothing is we thrive on adventures together and trying out new things or phases. It keeps life fun. We are still discovering our niche in the world. I feel like 2012 is the year of us finding that place, with so many big events on the way.

This post is about finding something new to discover, find your specialty, RUN with it and don't let it go. Ask yourself, what is stopping you from living the life you want right now?

I cannot wait to share our BIG IDEAS with you as they unfold. But for the next 6 weeks I am 100% focused on finalising the plans for our amazing day. Tomorrow I will be sharing with you our wedding stationery design, so keep your eyes out. Xx
